Why Sleeve your Waverunner Jet Ski Engine? The primary reason for sleeving a Jet Ski engine is to restore a particular bore size of a cylinder that has been damaged due to seizure or cracking and has been “bored out” to its maximum size.

Jet Ski engine rebuilding services include four-stroke and two-stroke sleeve installation.

Four-Stroke Jet Ski Cylinders receive a newly installed cylinder sleeve (sold separately), and are bored, and honed to fit the piston and the top is surfaced when required.

Two-Stroke Jet Ski Cylinders receive a newly installed sleeve (sold separately). All of the ports are matched, blended, and chamfered. The sleeved cylinder is bored and honed to fit the piston (sold separately). Pricing is per hole.
